Warning: Resetting your phone will erase the phone’s files and settings completely. Remember to back up your phone information and settings.
There are two ways to reset the handset to factory settings:
– Please tap START > All apps > Settings > About > Reset your phone.
– Turn the handset power off, then press and hold VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN simultaneously and turn the handset back on. Press VOLUME DOWN.
NOTE 1: Resetting your handset to factory or manufacturer’s default setting will delete all the data stored on your phone memory. Please back up your files first. To back up all of your personal information on your phone, please refer to “How do I back up my phone”.
NOTE 2: All apps is the arrow pointing to the right on the start menu.
